Exhibiting Your Photographs

Amateur photographers are invited to submit pictures to be displayed in the Shutterbutton.com Photo Galleries.

Photographs can be displayed indefinitely online on the Shutterbutton web site, free of charge in your own individual galleries and you maintain copyright.

How To Submit Your Photographs

1. You can submit a MINIMUM of 5 and a MAXIMUM of 10
pictures in each GALLERY in as many CATEGORIES as you wish (ie:People,Sport,etc.)

2. You can change your displays every SIX MONTHS

3. Scanned images can be sent via email to
photos@shutterbutton.com in JPEG format, no higher than
96 d.p.i. and no larger than 7x5 inches or 17x12 cms.

4. Please give each photograph a title and state which
CATEGORY they are to be displayed in

5. Your email address will be added to your pages. You
may use the enquiries@shutterbutton.com address if
you do not wish to display your email address

6. If you wish to submit your photographs by post,
please contact us on enquiries@shutterbutton.com for
further details

Terms and Conditions

To maintain acceptable standards, Shutterbutton.com reserves the right to refuse photographs that are considered inappropriate for the galleries. Any pornographic material received will not be accepted and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Amateur photographers submitting their work to be displayed in Shutterbutton.com galleries do so at their own risk. Shutterbutton.com and its’ representatives accept no liability for photographs, images, CD's or Floppys lost or damaged whilst in the possession of Shutterbutton.com or its’ representatives. Photographs, images or articles for sale displayed in Shutterbutton.com pages remain the property of the photographer/owner and Shutterbutton.com will not be involved in, or accept responsibility for, any transactions undertaken in the sale or hire of any photograph, image or equipment displayed throughout this site. Any communication in this respect is dealt directly with the exhibitor via the email address supplied by the exhibitor and displayed in their gallery. Shutterbutton.com will not enter into any communication about the exhibits or exhibitors to a third party unless expressly requested by them so to do.

All photographs and images sent to shutterbutton.com remain the copyright of the photographer/owner and shutterbutton.com will not copy, use or sell the images for any reason whatsover without permission from the photographer/owner. A copyright safeguard has been implemented on all images displayed in order to prevent people from downloading, copying or printing the images but shutterbutton.com does not guarantee that this cannot be overwritten and accepts no liability if this happens.

By sending in your photos for inclusion in our online galleries you agree to the terms and conditions as set out above.
