PHOTOGRAPHY
TIPS:
Photographing moving subjects can be difficult and often
leads to blurred or missed shots.
One
solution is to first select a good shooting position where
you can focus on a point where your subject will be passing.
Once
you are set up in your chosen location, pre-focus on a point
where your subject will be passing, ie: if you are photographing
horse jumping, pre-focus on the top of a fence or jump.
Then
when the subject passes over the pre-focused object, press
the shutter button. You should get a perfectly timed shot.
A
shutter speed of 1/250th sec for a head on shot and 1/500th
sec for a side-on shot should freeze any movement
